Returns and Exchanges
Returns requested for customer convenience will be accepted only if the customer ontacts the Matenro&Co. Support Center within 8 days of the product arrival date (including the arrival date), and subject to the conditions below. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Cases where the product is not defective but does not meet the customer’s expectations or assumptions shall be treated as returns for customer convenience.
(a) Unopened and unused products: 100% of the purchase price will be refunded.
(b) Opened products: 50% of the purchase price will be refunded.
Please note that returns may not be accepted depending on the condition of the product.

返品・交換
お客様都合による返品は、商品到着日を含め8日以内にMatenro&Co.サポートセンターにお申し出いただいた場合に限り、以下の条件で対応いたします（返送料はお客様負担となります。）。商品自体に欠陥がなく、事前に想定されたものと合致しない等の問題は、お客様都合による返品とみなします。
(a) 未使用かつ未開封の場合：購入代金額の100%を返金します。
(b) 開封済みの場合：購入代金額の50%を返金します。
