Authentic JDM Drift Riding Experience near Tokyo, Japan
Drifting is a street culture that was born in Japan. Today, it has evolved into a globally recognized motorsport that can be enjoyed legally on race circuits around the world. Our team is made up of former street racers who once spent their youth chasing adrenaline on the streets. Now, we’ve grown into adults who enjoy drifting legally as a hobby on the track.
We want visitors from all around the world to experience this amazing and cool piece of Japanese car culture. That’s why we created a drift ride-along tour where anyone can easily experience real drifting from the passenger seat.
Drift Cars Used in the Experience
We prepare several different cars for our drift ride experience. Depending on the day, the vehicles may vary, but they typically include cars such as the Mazda Miata MX-5, Mazda RX-8, Nissan 350Z, Nissan Silvia S14, Nissan Silvia S15, Toyota JZX100 Chaser, and Toyota JZX100 Mark II.
We make sure guests can experience both lower-power and higher-power drift cars to feel the difference in driving style and performance.
In addition, we have one very special vehicle — a Nissan Skyline G35 built as an undercover police car replica. While it is not a real police vehicle, it is equipped with realistic sirens and red lights just like an authentic undercover police car. This allows guests to enjoy a thrilling scene that feels like something straight out of a movie, with a fun police-chase style drift experience.
We have great respect for the Japanese police, and this vehicle is purely for entertainment purposes. It is simply an extra service we added to make the experience even more fun, and it has become one of the most popular parts of our tour.
Safety
Of course, like any motorsport activity, drifting can never be 100% risk-free. Riding as a passenger in a drift car naturally involves some level of risk. Before participating, guests are required to sign a waiver acknowledging and accepting these risks.
That said, safety is always our top priority. With many years of drifting experience, our drivers focus on delivering a thrilling yet controlled experience so that guests can enjoy the excitement in the safest way possible.
We are now entering our third year running this experience, and so far we have had zero accidents and zero injuries. Our team continues to train and improve every day so that we can maintain this perfect safety record for years to come.
